How accurate is the instant price?
It's calculated from the same fixed price rules we use on every job. A technician checks your photos before the booking is locked in – if anything looks different in person, we tell you before we start. No surprises.
Do you really come to me?
Yes – home, work or anywhere with about a metre of space around the car and somewhere out of the rain. Our van carries power, paint mixing and curing gear.
How long does a repair take?
Most single-panel repairs take 2–4 hours. Two or three panels is usually a half to full day. You can normally drive the car the same afternoon.
Will the paint match?
We mix to your car's factory paint code and blend into the surrounding area where needed, so the repair disappears in daylight.
What can't you fix on the spot?
Rust, deep creases, cracked structural parts and jobs over five panels need a proper look first. The quote form flags these automatically and we'll book a free inspection.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer once you're happy with the job. No deposit for standard repairs.
