Put your quote form where your customers already are

Your quote page works on its own link, so it fits anywhere: your website, your Facebook Page button, your Instagram bio and your Google listing. Pick the places you use – each one takes about 5 minutes.

Your own copy-ready code and link are in your dashboard under Your links. The examples below use your-business – swap in your own name from there (or just copy from your dashboard and skip the swapping).

1. Your link (works everywhere)

https://rhysautomates.com/q/your-business

Use it on a “Get a quote” button, in your bio, in a text reply or on a QR code on the van.

2. The form code (shows the form inside your web page)

<script src="https://rhysautomates.com/embed.js" data-client="your-business" async></script>

3. Backup code (if your website builder blocks scripts)

<iframe src="https://rhysautomates.com/q/your-business?embed=1" title="Get a quote" style="width:100%;min-height:1100px;border:0" loading="lazy"></iframe>

Not sure which? Try the form code first. If nothing shows up after you publish, use the backup code. If your plan doesn’t allow code at all, add a button with your link – it works just as well.

Wix

  1. Open your site in the Wix Editor and go to the page where you want the form (for example a “Get a quote” page).
  2. Click Add Elements (+) → Embed Code → Embed HTML.
  3. Click Enter Code, choose Code, paste the backup code (the iframe one) and click Update.
  4. Drag the box to the full width of the page and make it tall (about 1,100 px) so the whole form shows without scrolling inside the box.
  5. Click Publish.

Easier option: add a Button, label it “Get a free quote”, and under Link choose Web address and paste your link.

Squarespace

  1. Edit the page, click Add Block (or the + where you want it) and choose Code.
  2. Paste the form code. Make sure the mode is set to HTML and “Display source” is off.
  3. Click outside the block, then Save. The form shows on the live page (it may only show a placeholder while you’re editing – that’s normal).

If the form doesn’t appear on the live page, your plan may not run scripts – swap to the backup code, or add a Button block with your link.

WordPress

  1. Edit the page and click + to add a block. Search for Custom HTML.
  2. Paste the form code and click Update / Publish.
  3. Using Elementor? Drag in the HTML widget and paste the same code.

On some WordPress.com plans, code is removed when you save. If that happens, add a Buttons block linking to your link instead.

Facebook Page button

  1. Open your Facebook Page (switch into your Page if you use the new Pages experience).
  2. Under your cover photo, click the action button (or + Add action button) → Edit.
  3. Choose Book now (or Contact us), pick the option to send people to a website, and paste your link.
  4. Save. Also pin a post: “Send 2 photos, get a price today” with your link.

Instagram (link in bio)

  1. Go to your profile → Edit profile → Links → Add external link.
  2. Paste your link and give it the title Free photo quote. Drag it to the top if you have several links.
  3. Tip: add “📸 Photo quote in 60 seconds ↓” as the last line of your bio, and use the link sticker in Stories when you post a before-and-after.

Google Business Profile

  1. Search your business name on Google (signed in) or open the Google Maps app, and choose Edit profile.
  2. Under Contact, find Booking links / Appointment links and add your link. (If you don’t have a website, you can also put it in Website.)
  3. Save. Google may take a day to show it.

Other website builders, or no website

Check it works

  1. Open your page on your phone (not logged in to your website builder).
  2. Send yourself a test quote with a photo of anything – put “TEST” in the name.
  3. It should appear in your dashboard under To quote within a minute. Decline it when you’re done.
