How it works
- Customer sends photos from your website, Facebook or Instagram link.
- You get a suggested price from your own price guide – tap Send, nudge it, or let simple jobs go out automatically.
- They book a time from the days you work, and you both get a text.
In the first month a few suggestions may be a bit off (never wildly). Every correction you make refines your prices quickly.
Price
$299/month inc. GST founding price for the first 10 businesses – locked for 12 months, then $349. No contract, cancel anytime, no setup fee. First month paid upfront. Includes up to 1,000 texts and about 150 quote requests a month. Optional website for $100 if yours is old or you don’t have one.

We mostly do insurance work. Is this still useful?
It’s built for private customers paying themselves. Insurance enquiries still arrive with photos, so you can reply with your usual process.
Can several staff use the dashboard?
It’s a private link that works on any phone or computer, so you can share it with the person who handles quotes.
Does it replace our estimating software?
No – it’s the step before: get the photos, a starting price and a booking. Your estimator still writes up the job.
